- How do I help a user move forward in the evaluation process?Learn how to identify your current evaluation step, understand what needs to happen next, and check common reasons why you may be unable to continue.
- How do I interpret evaluation statuses and decide the next action?Understand what submitted, not shared, shared, closed, and reopened mean, who can act next, and what to check before changing an evaluation.
- Why can’t a user submit Future Preparation or their development plan?Check every relevant goal and Individual Development Plan, identify pending actions, and determine who must act before Future Preparation can be submitted.
- Why do reports and the Backoffice show different results?Compare the report scope, population, filters, cycle, and update time before treating different totals or percentages as a data issue.
- Why can a user give feedback to people who do not appear eligible?Check the feedback scope and the user’s organisational permissions before treating access to additional people as an eligibility problem.
- How should an administrator open, close, or reopen Future Preparation?Check the configured calendar, current process status, affected population, and authorised role before changing access to Future Preparation.
- What does a user need to submit a Touchpoint?Verify the active Touchpoint, its configured goal requirements, and the status of the user’s goals before treating a blocked submission as an error.
- Why is a user not eligible for a Touchpoint or evaluation?Being active on the platform does not automatically make a user eligible. Check the cycle population, dates, groups, career data, and entry history.
- Who can delegate, receive, remove, or manage an evaluation delegation?Check the process, roles, organisational assignment, delegable population, and current delegation status when a person or action is unavailable.
- How should an administrator interpret the Talent Matrix, quadrants, and alerts?Verify performance and potential data, the active cycle, alert criteria, update state, and organisational visibility before treating an unexpected result as an error.
- When are comments about potential, strengths, and development areas required?Comment requirements depend on the active questionnaire and cycle configuration. Verify the field, selected response, responsible role, and minimum text rule.
- How should an administrator manage individual and team goals in Touchpoints and evaluations?Identify the goal type, cycle, status, creation date, team assignment, and sync state when a goal is missing, outdated, or cannot be edited.
- How do values, percentages, and dates work in goals?Check the goal’s metric, accepted format, direction of improvement, decimal precision, and cycle date range before correcting a value or date.
- Why can a user access future goals or an Individual Development Plan (IDP) but not an evaluation or Touchpoint?Goal and Individual Development Plan (IDP) availability does not by itself confirm eligibility for an evaluation or Touchpoint. Check each process separately.
- Why did imported goals or Individual Development Plans (IDPs) not appear or update as expected?Review the target cycle, import result, identifiers, row errors, existing goal or Individual Development Plan (IDP) status, and visibility before uploading again.
- Why does an ongoing evaluation or Touchpoint still show the previous manager?Distinguish the user's current organisational manager from the manager assigned to the evaluation, Touchpoint, or delegation before changing ownership.
- Which report and percentage should an administrator use?Choose the report that answers your question, then distinguish population, criterion weight, completion percentage, and result before comparing values.
- Why is a feedback questionnaire or form not available to a user?Check the module, questionnaire or template, scope, audience, dates, publication state, access method, and user permissions before treating the missing form as an error.
- Why can a user sign in but not see a module, cycle, or action?A successful sign-in confirms authentication, not access to every feature. Check the tenant, profile, module, scope, eligibility, process status, and permissions.
- Why can a questionnaire potential result differ from the Talent Matrix?Compare the questionnaire result, any authorised potential adjustment, the configured scale, the value used by the matrix, and the update time before treating the difference as an error.
- Why is a mission or learning program still incomplete after the user finished the content?Verify enrollment, every required component, completion order, scores, statuses, and synchronisation time before changing progress or contacting Support.
