How do I switch between GFoundry accounts that use the same email?
If your email address has accounts on more than one GFoundry platform, the user menu in the backoffice header lists them, so you can move between them without typing each address.
Where is it?
In the backoffice, open the user menu in the header. Under Switch account you see the other accounts reachable with the same email. Each one shows the platform's logo (or its initials) and the address the switch opens, which is your company's own domain when it has one. The account you are in is marked Current account and is not offered as a destination. With more than six accounts, use Search accounts to find one.
What happens when I switch?
The other platform opens and asks you to sign in again: there is no single sign-on between platforms. Each entry is an ordinary link, so you can also open it in a new tab.
Why don't I see Switch account?
The list only appears when your email has more than one account.
An account you were given during your session appears the next time you open the menu, without reloading the page.
