When does the Engagement Thermometer appear again, and why didn't a settings change apply yet?
Each user's next thermometer is prepared when they answer the current one, and it opens after the configured period. Settings changes only reach the thermometers prepared after the change.
How often does it appear?
The frequency is set in Pulse Surveys Settings: Every Week, Every two weeks or Monthly.
It is counted per user, from their last answer. When a user answers, their next thermometer is prepared straight away and becomes available at the end of the period. For example, with a monthly frequency, a user who answers on 14 June gets the next one on 14 July. This is why users do not all receive it on the same day.
Why didn't my change apply?
A thermometer that was already prepared keeps the settings it was created with. If you change the frequency or the number of questions, users see the change from the thermometer prepared after their next answer.
Can users postpone it?
Yes, users can snooze it for later. If your organisation does not want this option, ask Support to turn it off.
Which questions are asked?
Questions are grouped in categories. You can turn individual questions on or off; there is no option to turn off a whole category at once.
The eNPS is a category with several possible questions, not a single fixed question.
Organisation-specific questions can be added by Support.
