Engagement Thermometer - Pulse Settings
Choose how often Pulse Survey questions are sent and which groups receive them. You can also enable or disable the Pulse Survey from the same settings page.
How do I open Pulse Survey Settings?
Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Pulse Surveys.
Select Pulse Settings.
How do I change the Pulse Survey frequency?
In Pulse Surveys Settings, make sure enabled is turned on if you want the survey to run.
In Frequency, choose one of the available options: Every Week, Every two weeks, or Monthly.
If needed, update the Intro Message shown before the survey starts.
Click Update.
How do I choose which groups receive the Pulse Survey?
In Groups, select one or more groups.
Keep only the groups where you want the pulse survey questions to be active.
Click Update to save your changes.
What should I know before I save?
The groups you select control who receives the Pulse Survey questions. If you need to change the audience later, return to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Pulse Surveys > Pulse Settings and update the group selection again.
