Engagement Thermometer - Pulse Questions
Review the built-in Pulse Survey questions and enable or disable the ones your company wants to use. You can search the list by question description.
How do I open the Pulse Survey questions list?
Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Pulse Surveys.
Select Pulse Questions.
The page shows Pulse Survey Questions, with the columns Question, Category (the metric the question measures) and Status (Enabled or Disabled).
How do I find a question?
Click the search field Search question description....
Type part of the question text.
Review the filtered results in the list.
You can also sort the list by clicking a column header.
How do I enable or disable a Pulse Survey question?
Find the question in the list.
Open the actions menu for that question.
Select Enable or Disable.
You see Question Enabled! or Question Disabled when the change is saved.
Pulse Survey questions are a built-in set grouped into 9 engagement metrics. You cannot edit the question text. You can only choose whether each question is active.
Where do I export Pulse Survey reports?
Reports are not on the Pulse Questions page. They are on Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Pulse Surveys > Dashboard, in Pulse Survey Reports. See Engagement Thermometer - Pulse Survey Reports.
