Engagement Thermometer - Pulse Questions
Use Pulse Survey questions to review the built-in engagement questions and enable or disable the ones your company wants to use. You can also search by description and export the report if needed.
How do I open the Pulse Survey questions list?
Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Pulse Surveys.
Select Pulse Questions.
The list shows the Pulse Survey questions used to measure engagement.
How do I find a question?
Use the search field with Search question description....
Type part of the question description.
Review the filtered results in the list.
How do I enable or disable a Pulse Survey question?
Find the question in the list.
Open the actions menu for that question.
Select Enable or Disable.
Pulse Survey tool questions are part of a fixed set of 9 engagement metrics. You cannot edit the question text. You can only change whether a question is active.
How do I export the report?
From Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Pulse Surveys, open the Pulse Survey Reports area.
Choose Group Users Thermometer Report or Team Users Thermometer Report.
Select Export Report (xls).
After you request the export, you receive a download link by email.
