Engagement Thermometer - Pulse Survey Reports

Learn how to export Pulse Survey reports for groups and teams, and what to do if the report email does not arrive. This article covers the two available report types and the export button used to request each file.

What reports are available?

The Pulse Survey Reports section includes two exports:

  • Group Users Thermometer Report: Exports Pulse Survey data for groups.

  • Team Users Thermometer Report: Exports Pulse Survey data for teams.

Use the report that matches how your users are organised in GFoundry.

How do I request a Pulse Survey report?

  1. Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Pulse Surveys > Dashboard.

  2. Find the report you need in Pulse Survey Reports.

  3. Select Export Report (xls) for the report type you want.

The export is requested and sent to your email address as a download link.

What happens after I click export?

After you request the export, GFoundry prepares the file and sends you an email with a link to download it. The file is in .xls format.

If you do not receive the email, check your mailbox again after a few minutes, including spam or junk folders. If the report still does not arrive, request it again from the same report line.

What should I do if the export fails?

If the download does not start from the email link, request the report again. If the report still cannot be downloaded, the export may not have been generated correctly. Try again later or ask a GFoundry admin with access to the module to repeat the export.
