What is this collection for?

This collection explains the admin flows in the Engagement Thermometer module. Start here if you are not sure whether you need Pulse Surveys or Insights Surveys.

What is the difference between Pulse Surveys and Insights Surveys?

Pulse Surveys are the lighter recurring survey flow. They use a fixed question model, and the admin work is mainly about enabling questions, setting frequency, and reviewing reports.

Insights Surveys are the more configurable survey flow. They support survey creation, question catalogues, categories, templates, audience management, dashboard review, and export actions.

When should I use Pulse Surveys?

Use Pulse Surveys when you want short recurring engagement measurement with simpler administration. This is the right path when the main job is to control frequency, enable or disable pulse questions, and review pulse reporting.

When should I use Insights Surveys?

Use Insights Surveys when you need a more structured survey project with a custom survey definition, question categories, templates, segmented access, and richer dashboard review.
