Engagement Thermometer - Insights Survey Templates
Create one or more Insights Surveys at once from the templates available for your company. You choose the templates, set a timeframe, and the surveys are added to your Insights Surveys list.
How do I create an Insights Survey from a template?
Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Insights Surveys.
Click Add from template. (New Insights Survey creates a survey from scratch, without a template.)
In the first step, Select Insights Survey Templates, select the template or templates you want to use in the Insights Survey Templates list.
Click Next Step.
In Add Timeframe, choose the start and end dates.
Click Create Template!.
Confirm in the Please Confirm window with Yes, create!.
Review the new surveys in Insights Surveys Created. Click a survey to open it.
When you are done, click Close and go to my Surveys.
If the list shows "There are no Templates defined for your company", no templates are available to your company yet.
What happens after I create the survey?
The survey is added to your Insights Surveys List. From there you can open it to review the Survey Dashboard, the Survey Questions and the Settings, including the Groups Segmentation.
Can I create more than one survey at once?
Yes. If you select more than one template, one Insights Survey is created per template, all with the same timeframe. You can change each survey later on its Settings tab.
