Engagement Thermometer - Questions Categories
Create and edit question categories for Engagement Thermometer, then add questions to each category. If your company has more than one locale, you can also translate the category name.
How do I create a question category?
Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Insights Surveys, open the survey you want, and then open Questions Categories.
Click New Question Category or Click here to add your first Category if the list is empty.
Enter the Question Name for the category.
If your company uses more than one locale, select each language tab and fill in the category name for that language.
Click Create.
How do I edit a category?
Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Insights Surveys, open the survey you want, and then open Questions Categories.
Select the category you want to change from the categories list.
Review its details in the panel on the right.
Click Edit.
Update the Question Name or the translated names, then click Save.
How do I add questions to a category?
Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Insights Surveys, open the survey you want, and then open Questions Categories.
Select the category you want to work on.
In the questions section for that category, click Add Question or Click here to add Question.
Choose the category in Category if needed, then enter the Question Text.
If you want an open-ended response, select Enable this for open text answers.
Click Create.
Can I manage category questions in more than one language?
Yes. If your company has more than one locale, you can switch between the language tabs when you create or edit a category question. Use each tab to enter the translated text for that question.
