Engagement Thermometer - Insights Survey Dashboard
Use the Insights Survey Dashboard to review survey results, filter the data, export reports, and open the related survey details. You can also review the groups segmentation and the average result for each question.
How do I open the Insights Survey Dashboard?
Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Insights Surveys.
Open the survey you want to review.
Select Insights Survey Dashboard.
If the survey cannot be loaded, return to the Insights Surveys list and open it again.
How do I review the survey results?
Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow the data you want to analyse.
Check the summary cards for the main result indicators.
Review the charts to see the Average result for question.
Scroll down to check Groups Segmentation and compare results by group.
If there is not enough data yet, the dashboard may not show results for every question.
How do I export dashboard reports?
Open Preview & Share on the dashboard.
Choose Group Users Thermometer Report or Team Users Thermometer Report.
Select Export Report (xls).
You will receive a link to download the export by email.
How do I open the survey details from the dashboard?
Use the dashboard navigation to go back to the survey details when needed.
Open Insights Survey Details to review the survey name, dates, and questions.
