Engagement Thermometer - Insights Survey Users Access

See who can access an Insights Survey and why. Use this list to check the survey scope and verify whether access has been set correctly.

Where do I find the users who can access an Insights Survey?

Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Insights Surveys, and open the survey you want to review. Then use the survey details area to reach the user access list.

This list shows the people who currently have access to that survey. It is useful when you want to confirm the survey scope before launch or check who should be included.

What does each field mean?

  • Company Id: Shows the user’s company identifier. Use it to match the record with your internal user list. This column only appears when the Company Ids feature is enabled on your tenant.

  • Group: Shows the group the user belongs to for this survey. This is helpful when access is defined by one or more groups.

  • Manager: Shows the user’s manager information, when available.

  • Error: Shows an issue related to that user’s access record. Review these entries if a user does not look correct in the list.

  • Show Profile: Opens the user profile so you can review the person’s details in more detail.

How do I read the list?

If a user appears in the list, they have access to the survey. If the user is missing, check the survey setup and the groups assigned to it.

If you see an Error value for a user, that record needs attention before you rely on it. Use Show Profile to verify the person’s account details.

What does an empty list mean?

If the list is empty, no users currently have access to that survey. Review the survey’s group segmentation and make sure the right groups are assigned.

If you expected users to be included, check the survey setup first. The access list reflects the current configuration, so an empty result usually means the survey has not been scoped yet or the selected groups do not contain any users.
