Engagement Thermometer - Insights Survey Users Access

See which users are in an Insights Survey and whether each one has finished it. Use this list to check the survey scope and follow participation.

Where do I find the users who can access an Insights Survey?

  1. Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Insights Surveys.

  2. Open the survey. It opens on the Survey Dashboard tab.

  3. Scroll down to Users who have access to this Insights Survey.

Use the search bar above the list to find a user. You can sort the list by clicking a column header.

What does each column mean?

  • Name: the user.

  • Company Id: the user's company identifier. This column only appears when the Company Ids feature is enabled for your company. If a user has no value, the list shows N/A.

  • Team: the user's team. This column only appears when at least one user in the list has a team.

  • Group: the user's group for this survey. This column only appears when at least one user in the list has a group.

  • Manager: the user's manager, or N/A when there is none.

  • Status: Open if the user has not finished the survey, Closed if the user has finished it, or Error if there is a problem with that user's record.

To see a user's profile, open the actions menu at the end of the row and select Show Profile.

How do I read the list?

If a user appears in the list, the user is part of the survey. If a user is missing, check the Groups Segmentation on the survey's Settings tab.

If a user shows the Error status, that record needs attention. Use Show Profile to check the person's account and contact GFoundry support if the problem continues.

To download this list, use Export User Status. See Engagement Thermometer - Export Results, Answers and User Status.

What does an empty list mean?

If the list is empty, you see "There are no transactions yet!". Check the survey's Groups Segmentation and make sure the selected groups contain users.
