Export Thermometer survey data from the survey list or from a specific survey. You can download results, answers, or user status, and the export link is sent to your email.

Where do I export Thermometer data?

Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Insights Surveys. From there, use the actions menu on the survey you want to export.

You can export from the survey list or from the survey details page. The available export options depend on what you need: results, answers, or user status.

What does each export option include?

  • Export Results: Downloads the survey results report for the selected survey.

  • Export Answers: Downloads the answer-level export for the selected survey.

  • Export User Status: Downloads the status of users for the selected survey.

The survey list also shows report exports for Thermometer surveys, including Group Users Thermometer Report and Team Users Thermometer Report.

What happens after I request an export?

After you request the export, GFoundry prepares the file and sends a download link to your email address. Use that link to download the file when it is ready.

If the export fails, request it again later. If you still cannot download it, check that you have access to the survey and that your user email is correct.

Are there any limits on exporting answers?

Yes. The Export Answers option is only available when answer export is allowed for that survey. If it is not available, use the other export options that are shown for that survey.
