Engagement Thermometer - Pulse Survey Reports

Export Pulse Survey reports by group or by team, and learn what to do if the report email does not arrive. The reports are requested from the Pulse Surveys dashboard and sent to your email as a download link.

What reports are available?

The Pulse Survey Reports section includes two exports:

  • Group Users Thermometer Report: Pulse Survey scores by group.

  • Team Users Thermometer Report: Pulse Survey scores by team.

Each report is an Excel file with a sheet called All for the whole company, plus one sheet per group (or per team). In each sheet, the rows are the Pulse Survey metrics (Category column) and the columns are months, with the score of each metric in that month. The reports show scores per metric, not individual answers.

How do I request a Pulse Survey report?

  1. Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Pulse Surveys > Dashboard.

  2. Scroll down to Pulse Survey Reports.

  3. Click Export Report (xls) on the line of the report you want.

If you do not see the Pulse Survey Reports section on the dashboard, these exports are not available for your company.

What happens after I click export?

A Report Requested! message confirms the request and tells you that you will receive a link to download the report on your email soon. GFoundry prepares the file and sends the link to the email address of your user.

If you do not receive the email, check your mailbox again after a few minutes, including spam or junk folders. If the report still does not arrive, request it again from the same report line.

What should I do if the export fails?

If you see Failed to download Report!, try again later. If the download does not start from the email link, request the report again. If the problem continues, contact GFoundry support.
