Engagement Thermometer - Insights Survey Question Catalogue
Add an existing survey question to an Insights Survey from the question catalogue. This lets you reuse approved questions instead of creating a new one.
How do I add a question from the catalogue to an Insights Survey?
Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Insights Surveys.
Open the survey you want to update.
Go to the Insights Survey Questions section.
Select Add Question.
Choose Add Question from catalogue.
In the modal, select a Category.
If needed, select a Question.
Select Add Question to save it to the survey.
If the question list is limited, choose a different category first. If the question is already set for open text answers, keep that setting as it is.
How do I create a new question instead?
If you do not want to use an existing question, select Create a new Question from the survey questions area. Then enter the Question Text, choose the Question Category, and, if needed, enable Enable this for open text answers.
Can I add the same question to more than one survey?
Yes. Questions in the catalogue can be reused in different Insights Surveys. Add the question separately in each survey where you want it to appear.
