Engagement Thermometer - Insights Survey Question Catalogue
Add an existing category question to an Insights Survey from the catalogue, or create a new question for the survey. You can only change the questions of a survey before it starts.
How do I add a question from the catalogue to an Insights Survey?
Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Insights Surveys.
Open the survey you want to update.
Select the Survey Questions tab.
Click Add from catalogue.
In Add Question from catalogue, select a Category.
The Question field appears. Select the question.
Click Add Question.
The Add Question button stays disabled until you select both a category and a question.
How do I create a new question instead?
On the Survey Questions tab, click Add Question.
In Create a new Question, fill in Question Category. Pick an existing category, or type a new name to create one.
Enter the Question Text. If your company uses more than one language, fill it in on each language tab.
If needed, select Enable this for open text answers.
Click Create.
Why can't I add questions?
Questions can only be changed before the survey starts. When the survey is Open or Closed, Add Question and Add from catalogue are disabled and show the message "You can only update Questions before the cycle start." These buttons are also only shown to users who manage the Engagement Thermometer.
Can I add the same question to more than one survey?
Yes. The catalogue lists the questions of your company's question categories, so the same question can be added to different Insights Surveys. Add it separately in each survey where you want it to appear.
