Engagement Thermometer - Insights Survey Dashboard
Use the Survey Dashboard tab of an Insights Survey to review its results, filter the data, see who has access, export files and share the survey link.
How do I open the Insights Survey Dashboard?
Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Insights Surveys.
In the Insights Surveys List, click the survey, or open its actions menu and select Insights Survey Details.
The survey opens on the Survey Dashboard tab.
The survey page has three tabs: Survey Dashboard, Survey Questions and Settings.
If the survey cannot be loaded, a message lets you retry or go back to the list.
How do I review the survey results?
Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow the data.
Check the summary cards below the filters.
Review the charts, such as the category and topic results.
In the question table, the Result column shows the Average result for question. Results of 7 or more are green, results above 4 are yellow, and lower results are red.
If there is not enough data yet, the question table shows: "Here we will show the average result for questions once we have gathered enough data."
How do I see who has access to the survey?

What is in the Insights Survey Details panel?
The Insights Survey Details panel on the right shows the survey name, the Start and End dates, the Groups Segmentation (the groups the survey is for) and the Status: Future, Open or Closed. To change these details, open the Settings tab.
How do I export or share from the dashboard?
If you manage the Engagement Thermometer, the Actions panel on the right shows:
Preview & Share: shown when the survey has a public link. It opens a window with a QR code and the public URL of the survey.
Export User Status: downloads the list of users and their status.
Export Results: shown once the survey is Open or Closed. The download link is sent to your email.
Export Answers: shown only when answer-level export is allowed for the survey. The download link is sent to your email.
