Reports: Analyzing Engagement and Completion
See how learners are progressing through Learn content and training programs, and export reports when you need to review results outside GFoundry.
Where can I find Learn reports?
Learn analytics are available at different levels, depending on whether you want a broad dashboard view or a detailed report for one specific item.
Use the Dashboard for high-level reporting across Learn activity. Use the details page of a content item, training program, curriculum, or quiz when you need more specific operational data.
What can I review in the Dashboard?
The Dashboard gives you a broad view of learning activity and report entry points. Depending on your tenant, this can include areas such as Overall Quiz Stats, Global Quiz Performance, Total Quiz Plays, Total Quiz Play Time, and Total Quiz Completed Courses.
The same area can also expose report sections such as Published Content Reports, Learn Categories Reports, Users Statistics, and other export-oriented widgets for learning and training follow-up.
Where do I review one specific content item?
To analyze one content item in detail, open it from the Content Library and use the available Reports action or report screens on the details page.
This is where you review the historical data for that item, instead of relying only on dashboard summaries.
Where do I review quiz performance?
For quiz-specific analysis, open the relevant content item and use Quiz Stats. This is the right place for question-level and user-level quiz reporting.
Quiz reporting can include overall performance, question performance, user performance, and export actions for deeper analysis outside GFoundry.
Where do I review category, user, and training reports?
Use category reports when you want progress by learning category. Use user statistics when you want individual user-level reporting such as play time or broader activity review.
For formal learning, open the training program or curriculum details page to review enrollments, progress, scores, and exportable reports tied to that assignment.
How should I interpret completion progress?
Completion progress depends on the type of item you are reviewing. For Learn Content, it is driven by the completion rules of the trackable blocks inside the item, such as slides, videos, PDFs, and quizzes.
For training programs and curricula, progress is shown through enrollment and completion views, which help you identify who has Not Started, is In Progress, has Completed, or has Failed.
Can I export report data?
Yes. Export actions are available in multiple Learn areas, including dashboard reports, quiz reporting, category reports, content-level reports, and training or curriculum details.
Use exports when you need offline analysis, sharing, or operational follow-up with another team.
