Navigating the Learn Module Backoffice

A quick tour of the Learn module's admin area. This guide explains the purpose of each section in the main navigation menu.

When you enter the administration area for the GFoundry Learn module, you will see a navigation menu on the side of your screen.

This guide provides a quick overview of each section to help you find what you're looking for and manage your training ecosystem effectively.

The Main Menu Sections

  • Dashboard This is your starting point. It provides a high-level overview of recent activity and key metrics within the Learn module.

  • Categories This is where you organize your training library. Use this section to create and manage the categories that your "Learn Content" will be grouped into.

  • Learn Content This is the central hub for all your training materials. Go here to create, edit, and manage all your individual courses, which are called "Learn Content" items.

  • Content Highlights Use this section to curate and promote specific courses. Here, you can create featured blocks of content that appear on the user-facing homepage.

  • Contests This section allows you to create and manage learning-based competitions, adding another layer of gamification to drive engagement.

  • Certificates Manage the rewards for your learners. This is where you design and configure automated certificates and manage externally-awarded ones.

  • Quiz Settings This area holds the global settings for the quiz engine. Configure platform-wide rules here, such as the points awarded for the overall leaderboards.

  • Quiz Issues This is a maintenance tool for reviewing and managing any technical issues or content feedback reported by users while they are taking a quiz.
