Use a self-registration link to let people open a Learn Content directly, and optionally make it public first. This is useful when you want users to access a content without assigning it manually.

Let employees enrol themselves in a Learn Content training with a self-registration link or QR code, and share the content link with Preview & Share.

What is the self-registration link?

The self-registration link is a public URL (and QR code) that employees use to enrol themselves in a Learn Content item that has training validation turned on.

How do I turn on self-registration?

  1. Go to Learn > Learn Content and open the content item.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Turn on Enable Employees Training Validation & Evaluation. If you do not see this toggle, it is not available on your platform.

  4. Turn on Enable user self-registration for this Training.

  5. Click Save.

How do I get the self-registration link?

  1. Make sure the content is Published or Unlisted. The link is not available while the content is in any other status.

  2. On the content details page, click Self-registration Link.

  3. Copy the Public Self-Registration URL, or use the QR code shown in the same window.

How do I share the content itself?

For published or unlisted content, click Preview & Share to get the content link and its QR code. Unlisted content is not shown in the catalogue, so sharing the link is the way to give people access to it. Click Make Public if you want an unlisted item to be listed again.
