How to Create and Manage Feedback Scopes
Create Feedback Scopes to define where feedback can be collected, who can use it, and whether responses are private or read-only. You can also edit, enable, disable, export, and import scopes from the Feedback Scopes page.
How do I create a new Feedback Scope?
Go to Modules > Feedback > Feedback Scopes.
Select New Scope.
Enter a Scope Title and, if needed, a Scope Description.
Choose a Scope Context. You can select General Feedback, Objectives Feedback, Key Results Feedback, or Initiatives Feedback. The OKR-linked contexts only appear when the OKRs feature is enabled on your tenant.
If needed, enable Private Feedback Answers.
If needed, enable Read-Only Mode.
Set Feedback Permissions if the scope should be limited to Team Managers or Self-Feedback Only.
Select Create.
How do I edit an existing Feedback Scope?
Go to Modules > Feedback > Feedback Scopes.
Find the scope you want to change.
Select Edit Scope.
Update the title, description, context, privacy, read-only setting, or feedback permissions.
Select Save.
How do I enable or disable a Feedback Scope?
Go to Modules > Feedback > Feedback Scopes.
Find the scope in the list.
Select Disable to stop users from providing feedback in that scope.
Select Enable to make the scope available again.
How do I export or import Feedback Scopes?
Go to Modules > Feedback > Feedback Scopes.
Select Export Scopes to download the scopes.
Select Import Scopes to upload an exported file from another environment.
Choose the file in Select file.

Where can I manage the questions inside a Feedback Scope?
Open a scope from Modules > Feedback > Feedback Scopes to view its Scope Questions. From there, select New Question to add questions, or use Edit and Delete on existing questions.
