Feedback Scope Export and Import
Export all Feedback Scopes, then import that file into another environment. This helps you copy scope setup between companies or test environments.
How do I export Feedback Scopes?
Go to Modules > Feedback > Feedback Scopes.
Select Export Scopes.
Confirm the export from the modal using Export.
Save the exported file when your browser downloads it.
The exported file contains all feedback scopes for the company. You can use it later to import the same scopes into another environment.
How do I import Feedback Scopes?
Go to Modules > Feedback > Feedback Scopes.
Select Import Scopes.
Choose the exported file with Select file.
Review the selected file in the upload area.
Select Import.
After the import finishes, the scopes are added to the current environment. If the file is valid, you can continue managing the imported scopes from the same list.
What file do I need?
Use a file exported from Export Scopes.
