How to Create and Manage Scope Questions
Create scope questions to collect the feedback you need, then edit, reorder, disable, or delete them as your needs change. You can also add question categories and manage choices for choice-based questions.
How do I add a new Scope Question?
Go to Modules > Feedback > Feedback Scopes, open the scope you want to manage, and then open Scope Questions.
Click New Question.
Enter the Question Title and, if needed, the Question Description.
Choose the Answer Type. You can select Free-text, Rate 1-4, Rate / Text, Choice, Date, or Likert.
Fill in any extra fields required by that answer type, such as Choices for choice questions or the question list for Likert questions.
Choose the Question Category if you want to group the question.
Set the Question position if you want to control the order.
Click Create.
How do I edit or disable a Scope Question?
Open the relevant scope from Modules > Feedback > Feedback Scopes, then open Scope Questions.
Find the question you want to change.
Use the row actions menu and select Edit.
Update the question details, then click Save.
To stop the question from being shown in feedback forms, use the row actions menu and select Disable. Use Enable to make it available again.
How do I change the order of Scope Questions?
Open the relevant scope from Modules > Feedback > Feedback Scopes, then open Scope Questions.
Move the questions into the order you want.
Save the changes if prompted.
How do I manage choices and categories?
To add a choice, open a question with the Choice answer type and click Add Choice.
Enter the Display Text and Internal Value, then save the choice.
To add a category, open the question category editor and click Create a new Question Category.
Enter the Question Name and, if needed, select Nest Category under to place it inside another category.
Click Create or Save.
How do I delete a Scope Question?
Open the relevant scope from Modules > Feedback > Feedback Scopes, then open Scope Questions.
Find the question you want to remove.
Use the row actions menu and select Delete.
Confirm the deletion.
