Use GFoundry curated content in your own category structure. Curated items start unpublished, so you move them to your category and publish them when you are ready.

Curated content categories contain Learn Content provided by GFoundry, which your organisation can use free of charge. If your organisation has curated content, it appears on the Learn > Categories page in a separate list called GFoundry Curated Contents, and those categories are marked as curated.

By default, curated content items are unpublished. They are meant to be reviewed, moved to one of your categories and then published.

To move several items at once, select them in the Learn Content List, click Edit and use Move to Category.

Only after you publish it. Once published, the item behaves like any other Learn Content: its visibility depends on its status and on the segmentation you set for it.

Yes. Once it is in your structure, a curated item is edited like any other Learn Content item. You can also use it in Training Programs and Learning Paths.
