Training Program Progress and Enrollment Statuses
See how to read enrollment progress in a training program and what each enrollment status means. Use the training program details page to review users, progress, scores, and enrollment state.
Where do I check progress for a training program?
Go to Modules > Learn > Training Management > Training Programs, then open the training program and select View Details. The User Enrollments area shows each enrolled user and their progress.
You can search for a user with Search users.... The table also shows the user, progress, score, and Enrolled status for each enrollment.
What do the enrollment fields mean?
User: The enrolled user.
Progress: How far the user has advanced in the training program.
Score: The user’s score for the training program, when available.
Enrolled: The current enrollment state for the user. The available values are Not Started, In Progress, Completed, and Failed.
If no one has enrolled yet, the details page shows no enrollment data.
Can I search or export enrollment information?
Yes. Use Search users... to narrow the list of enrollments on the training program details page.
You can also use Export or Export Report on the training program details page to download enrollment-related information. Use the report option when you need a broader report for sharing or analysis.
What should I look for when reviewing status?
Not Started means the user has not begun the training. In Progress means the user has started but not finished. Completed means the user finished the program. Failed means the enrollment did not complete successfully.
If you are checking overdue or incomplete training, look first at users marked Not Started or In Progress.
