Learn Content Reporting and Visibility Actions
Publish, unpublish, archive, and export reports for Learn content from the content details page. You can also generate a self-registration link for eligible content.
How do I change the visibility of a Learn content item?
Go to Modules > Learn > Learn Content.
Select the content item you want to manage.
In Learn Content Details, open the actions menu.
Choose one of the available visibility actions: Publish, Unpublish, Unlist, Make Public, Archive, or Unarchive.
Confirm the action.
Archived content is no longer editable or visible in the application, but reports and historical data remain available. You can Unarchive it later if needed.
How do I export reports for a Learn content item?
Open the content item from Learn Content.
In Learn Content Details, open the actions menu.
Select Reports... or Export Report, depending on the content type.
Choose the report you want to download.
Complete any required filters in the report modal and click the export button.
Some report dialogs let you choose options such as language or date range before exporting.
How do I share a Learn content item with a self-registration link?
Open the content item from Learn Content.
In Learn Content Details, open the actions menu.
Select Self-registration Link.
Copy or open the Public Self-Registration URL.
Use this option when you want users to access the content through a shareable link.
