Learn how archived Learn Content behaves in the application and Backoffice. Archived content is no longer visible to learners, but your reports and historical data stay available.
What happens when I archive Learn Content?
Archived Learn Content is no longer visible in the application. Learners cannot access it, and it is no longer editable from the normal content flow.
Your historical data and reports remain available in the Backoffice.
Can I bring archived Learn Content back?
Yes. You can use Unarchive to restore the content. When you do, the content is set back to draft status, so you can review it before making it available again.
Does archiving remove reports or progress data?
No. Archiving keeps the existing reports and historical data available in the Backoffice. It only hides the content from learners in the application.
How do I archive a Learn Content item?
Open the Learn Content details.
Select Archive.
Confirm the action.
What should I know before archiving?
If the content is part of a training assignment, learners will no longer be able to access it through the application once it is archived. If you need it available again later, unarchive it first and then publish it as needed.
Archived content can still be duplicated, reviewed, and managed from the Backoffice where those actions are available for your setup.
