Learn Content Archive and Restore
Archive a Learn Content item when it should no longer be available to users, and restore it later if you need it again. Historical data and reports stay available in the Backoffice.
How do I archive a Learn Content item?
Open the Learn Content Details page for the item you want to hide, then choose Archive. Confirm the action to change the content status to archived.
Archived content is no longer visible in the application. Reports and historical data remain available in the Backoffice.
Where do I find an archived Learn Content item?
Archived items are still available from the Learn Content area, but they are marked with an archived status and are not shown to users in the normal content view. Open the item details from the Learn Content list, then use the archived item’s actions to review it.
If you manage a lot of content, use search or filters in the Learn Content list to help you find the item faster.
How do I restore archived content?
Open the archived item in Learn Content Details and choose Unarchive. Confirm the action to make the content editable and visible again.
After unarchiving, the content returns to draft status, so you can review it before publishing it again if needed.
Will archiving affect reports, training, or other modules?
Archiving does not delete the content’s history. Past results and reports stay available in the Backoffice, and the content can be restored later.
If the content is used in a formal training flow, remember that visibility also depends on how it is assigned and published. Archiving only changes the Learn Content status.
Who can archive or unarchive Learn Content?
Only users with the right Learn administration permissions can manage content status. If you do not see the action on the details page, you do not have access to change that item.
