Using Self-registration Links and Public Access for Skills-Tagged Learn Content

Use a self-registration link to let people open a Learn Content directly, and optionally make it public first. This is useful when you want users to access a content without assigning it manually.

How do I make a Learn Content available through a self-registration link?

  1. Go to Modules > Learn > Learn Content, then select the content you want to share.

  2. In the content details, click Make Public if the content is not already public.

  3. Click Self-registration Link.

  4. Copy the Public Self-Registration URL and share it with the users who should access the content.

  5. If needed, open the link yourself to check that it works.

Do I need to publish the content first?

Yes. The content must be available to users before they can use the self-registration link. If the content is still unpublished or unlisted, make it public first.

For AI-generated content, the success window also provides a QR code and a button to go to the new content.

What should I share with users?

Share the Public Self-Registration URL. Users can open that link directly in their browser. If you prefer, you can also share the QR code from the same area.
