Quick Start: Your First Learn Content, Training Program and Curriculum
Step-by-step starting points for the three most common flows: creating Learn Content, creating a Training Program and creating a Curriculum.
How do I create Learn Content?
Go to Learn > Learn Content and click Add Content.
In Create Learn Content, choose how to start: Add Content Manually or Generate Content with AI.
If you do not see Add Content, your backoffice role does not allow you to create Learn Content.
Add Content Manually
Fill in Content Title, Content Description and Content Category (all required), optionally assign a Content Producer and a Content Revisor and set Content Segmentation, and click Create.
In Learn Content Details, open Content Management and add the blocks (text and media, presentation, PDF, video, quiz, role play and, when enabled, discussion board, tasks or form).
Generate Content with AI
The Learning Designer Agent opens. Describe the topic, audience and objective, upload a PDF with Upload PDF, or both. A PDF can only be attached at the start of the conversation; to use only the PDF, click Start with this PDF.
Answer the agent's questions until it generates the course. You can wait, or click Continue in background and keep working.
When you see Your course is ready for review., click Open course.
In Learn Content Details, open Content Management and review the blocks.
The Learning Designer Agent can make mistakes. Review the generated course before publishing it.
Publish the content
When ready, click Publish (Learn managers), or Send for review if you are the content producer. A Learn manager publishes it after the review.
How do I create a training program?
Go to Learn > Training Management > Training Programs and click Add Training Program.
General Information: add the Training Program Name and, optionally, a Short Description, Learning Objectives and a Category. Use the language tabs to translate the texts into the languages your organisation uses.
Learning Contents: click Add Content, select the Learn Content items and drag them into the order you want. At least one item is required.
Target Audience: select groups in Group Segmentation and/or users in Specific Users. With no selection, all users have access.
Scheduling: set the Training Start Date and choose a Due Date Rule (Fixed Date, Days from Assignment, Days from Hire or Days from Effective Date), then the date or the number of days.
Evaluation (optional): configure Initial Assessment, Knowledge Test, Validation and/or Satisfaction Survey, choosing the evaluation method, who evaluates and the deadlines.
Settings & Notifications: set the Assignment Type (Mandatory or Recommended) and the Registration Type (Automatic, Requires Approval or Optional).
Click Save Draft.
When ready, open the program and click Publish.
How do I create a curriculum?
Go to Learn > Training Management > Curricula and click Add Curriculum.
General Information: add the Curriculum Name and, optionally, a Short Description, in each language tab you need.
Curriculum Items: click Add Item, select one or more Training Programs, drag them into order, and tick Required for the ones that must be completed.
Evaluation (optional): configure the evaluation stages.
Configurations: tick Require Sequential Completion if users must complete the items in order.
Click Save Draft.
When ready, open the curriculum and click Publish.
Training Management only appears when it is enabled for your organisation and you are an admin or a training manager.
