Enabling users to comment is crucial as it fosters open communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Comments provide a platform for users to express ideas, seek clarification, and engage in meaningful discussions, contributing to a more interactive and dynamic user experience.

Users have the possibility to add comments on a variety of pages, namely:

  • Goals (Evaluation Module)

  • Feedbacks (Feedback Module and Evaluation Module)

  • PDI(Individual Development Plan) details(Evaluation Module)

  • Innovation (Innovation Module)

  • Learn Content preview

  • Events

  • News

  • Team (only if enabled)

  • Tribes

How can a user add a comment?


By navigating to one of the previously mentioned pages, the user will encounter a comment section.

Here, they can add their comment and view comments from other people. When adding a new comment, the user can also post an image from their device if desired.

Additionally, users can "tag" someone, and doing so will prompt the tagged individuals to receive a push notification. These push notifications are also received when someone replies to the user's comment.

How do users report a comment?


The normal user will have the option to report comments as show below:

Under the Community Management you will find the the page "Comments Moderation", here you will see all the comments throw out the platform that have been reported as well as the date and Author.

You will have the option to delete the report if the comment is within the norms, or delete the actual comment if it goes against the norms.
