Evaluation Module
In the Evaluation Module, users can suggest goals, complete self-evaluations, and review their results to gain a comprehensive understanding of their performance and growth. This user-friendly interface extends to Touchpoints, facilitating seamless goal-setting and feedback.
On the managerial side, managers can set goals for the team, evaluate the performance of each subordinate, and provide feedback. They also have access to a variety of tools that detail all current aspects of their team.

Evaluation & Performance Module Overview
Recognition Module (Users)
The Recognition Module enhances engagement through peer-to-peer recognition and constructive feedback. Users can give and receive recognition using Stars, Soft Skills, and Hard Skills, creating a culture of appreciation and motivation. This multifaceted approach acknowledges both tangible achievements and interpersonal qualities, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace.
Recognition Module (Managers)
Managers will have a similar experience with the Recognition Module as regular users. However, if the BackOffice settings are configured to "Only team managers can review," only managers will have the capability to review and recognize their team members. Users, on the other hand, can view the badges and recognition received but won't have the ability to recognize others. This setting ensures that managerial recognition is aligned with organizational preferences, maintaining a structured and controlled recognition process.
Feedback Module (Users)
Embedded within the Feedback module is the empowering functionality for users to not only seek constructive insights but also to contribute feedback to their peers. This dynamic feedback exchange transcends varied scopes, and the flexibility of these scopes can be meticulously configured through the customizable settings in the BackOffice.
An example of feedback given to another peer (John Lennon) can be seen in the image below:
Users will then have access to a dashboard in the "My Feedback" page presenting data on the number of feedbacks given, requested, and received.
Feedback Module (Managers)
Managers will have access to a team dashboard where the total amount of feedback given and received between team members will be recorded. They will also be able to view in detail the feedback given among team members, as long as that feedback had the option "Visible to manager" selected.
With access to feedback exchanged among team members, managers have the possibility to add a comment to that feedback.
