See platform-wide usage numbers, such as registered users and visits, and export general reports.

Go to Statistics > General. The page shows totals such as Total Users, Total Disabled Users, total visits, Total Groups and Total Earned Badges, plus Total Teams and Total Departments when your organisation uses them. The Total Visits and User Signups charts can be shown Daily or Monthly.

In General Reports, find the report you need and click Export Report (xls). The report is prepared in the background and a download link is sent to your email.

Some reports need extra input first. For example, Group Users Score Report asks you to choose a group, Users Monthly Visits Report lets you export all users, teams or groups, and Backoffice Sessions Report asks for dates.
