How to redeem a voucher
Open Redeem voucher from the menu under your name, or Vouchers in the side menu, type your code and press Redeem it. The voucher is used at once.
Before you start
Your company uses vouchers.
You have a voucher code from your company.
Steps
Open the menu under your name at the top of the page and choose Redeem voucher. You can also open Recognition & Rewards > Vouchers in the side menu.
On the Redeem Voucher page, type your code in Enter code.
Press Redeem it. There is no confirmation: the voucher is used at once.
You see Code redeemed and Congratulations your code has been successfully redeemed, with the voucher's description. Press Back to leave.
What a voucher gives you
Coins, added to your balance. The confirmation does not show how many: check Total Coins in My profile or the top of the Market.
A voucher can also add you to a group or a team chosen by your company. This can change what you see on the platform, for example products in the Market.
If the code does not work
Your redeem code seems to be empty: type the code before you press Redeem it.
Your redeem code has not been found. Please check that you have entered your code correctly.: check each character and try again.
This voucher has already been redeemed!: each code can only be used once. Contact whoever gave you the code.
If you do not see this
You see neither Redeem voucher nor Vouchers: your company does not use vouchers. Your company may use a different name for this area or place it elsewhere in the menu.
In the mobile app, open Menu and choose Redeem Voucher.
