How to complete a Learn Content
A Learn Content is complete when you finish every step it contains. Your company chooses whether each Learn Content opens as a Stacked Page or as a Guided Experience, and the two look different.
Before you start
You have opened a Learn Content. See How to find and open a Learn Content.
A Learn Content has one or more steps: text and media, a video, slides, a PDF, a quiz, tasks, a form, external content, a role-play or a validation. You only see the steps its author added.
Some actions are saved as soon as you click and cannot be undone: confirming you have read something, completing a task, opening external content.
Which view do you have?
Your company sets each Learn Content to open in one of two views: Stacked Page or Guided Experience. You do not choose the view, and its name does not appear on your screen. You can tell them apart by what you see:
Stacked Page: all the blocks are on one page, one below the other (text, slides, PDF, video, quiz and so on). You scroll down to go through them.
Guided Experience: the page opens on Overview, with Up next, a Continue button and a Your path panel that lists the steps. You go through one step at a time.
Both views show Overall progress: the number of steps done out of the total, for example 2 / 5. Learn Contents inside a training program always open as a Guided Experience.
Complete a Learn Content in a Stacked Page
Look at Overall progress at the top. The step to do next is marked Start here or Up next.
Scroll down and complete each block:
Text & Media: if you see I have read and understood this content, click it. If there is no such box, opening the page already counts as read.
Video: watch it to the end. Usually you cannot skip ahead of the furthest point you have watched.
Slides: click View the slides and go through all of them.
PDF: click Open the PDF (or the title the author gave it). It opens in a new tab. If you are asked Do you confirm that you have read and understood the document?, click Yes.
Tasks: under Complete your tasks, click Complete task! on each task and confirm. You cannot undo it.
Form: under Fill out the form, open the form, fill it in and submit it.
External content: click Explore content. Opening it counts as done. Afterwards you see Completed content and Your score.
Quiz: under Let's test your knowledge, play the game modes. See How quizzes and tests work.
Role-play: click Start role-play to start a conversation with Gi. When you pass, you see your percentage and Passed.
Validation: your manager completes this step. Until then it shows Awaiting validation.
When every step is done, the Learn Content shows as Completed in the Catalogue list.

Complete a Learn Content in a Guided Experience
The page opens on Overview. At the top you see the step to do next (Up next), Continue and Overall progress. Click Continue.
The Your path panel lists the steps. Each one shows Start here, Up next, To do, Done, Awaiting or Optional.
Each step tells you what is missing, for example Watch the video to the end to continue. When it is done, you see Ready to move on. Click Continue.
When all steps are done, you see You completed this content.
The order is a suggestion. Every step in Your path can be opened.
For a PDF, use Open in a new tab. When asked to confirm the reading, you can answer Later. For slides, use Fullscreen.
A validation step says This step is completed by your manager once your training is validated.
To go back to the start, click Back to overview.
In the mobile app
Tap Menu at the bottom of the screen and then Learn (swipe left if you do not see it). Inside it, the sections (Catalogue, Training, Me, Achievements) are in the bar at the bottom. The pages and the steps are the same as on the web.
If you do not see this
You expected the other view (one step at a time, or everything on one page): the view is set by your company for each Learn Content. You cannot change it.
A step is missing: the author did not add it to this Learn Content.
The validation step stays Awaiting: only your manager can close it. Talk to your manager.
You cannot move forward in the video: the video only lets you go as far as you have already watched, unless the author allows skipping.
You see Premium content and a price in coins: this Learn Content is paid. Unlock content spends the coins once. See Points and coins: what is the difference?.
In the mobile app, a form opens in the Forms area instead of over the page.
Your company may use a different name for this area or place it elsewhere in the menu. The Learn module is where you find learning content, quizzes and training.
