Where to find your certificates
Your certificates of completed training are in My certificates. Open it from Learn > Me, or from the Me tab of your profile.
Before you start
Your company uses certificates. If it does not, you do not see My certificates.
A certificate is issued for training you have completed.
Steps
From the Learn module
In the side menu, open Development & Growth > Learn > Me.
In My certificates, click Open.
From your profile
Open the user menu (your photo, in the header) and click My profile.
On the Me tab, under My certificates, click Your digital certificates. Click here to check it out!
In the list
The My certificates page shows one row per certificate. Click a row to open the certificate.
If a row shows Certificate not available yet, the certificate cannot be opened yet.
If you see Add to profile and Share, they open LinkedIn so you can add the certificate to your LinkedIn profile or share it.
In the mobile app
Tap Menu at the bottom of the screen and then Learn (swipe left if you do not see it). Inside it, the sections (Catalogue, Training, Me, Achievements) are in the bar at the bottom. The pages and the steps are the same as on the web.
If you do not see this
You do not see My certificates: your company does not use certificates.
The list shows There are no results for this list...: you have no certificates yet.
A certificate stays Certificate not available yet: contact your platform administrator.
Your company may use a different name for this area or place it elsewhere in the menu. The Learn module is where you find learning content, quizzes and training.
