Follow enrollments

  • Enrollments has one row per enrollment, with Training program, Status, Deadline, Progress and Updated.

  • Use Group by, the Filters (Type, Deadline, Status) and Overdue only to see what needs attention.

  • The three-dot menu on a row has View team member and Open training program.

  • Reminder asks you to confirm. The reminder goes out through the automations set up on your platform; nothing is sent from the page itself. You can ask once per person and program every 24 hours.

  • On the web, Export the current view downloads a CSV file with one row per enrollment, using the current filters. In the mobile app it shows Available on the web version.

Follow each person

  • People has one row per team member, with completed and overdue mandatory training, % completed, Average progress and Next deadline. Search with Search by team member name or email.

  • Open a row to see the Team member's training path: the current situation and a timeline of enrollments, requests, contents started and completed, evaluations, validations, and attendance at sessions.

  • You see everyone who reports to you, directly or indirectly.

Approve or reject enrollment requests

  1. Open Requests. The Status filter is set to pending requests by default.

  2. Click Approve to approve. It is saved at once, without a confirmation.

  3. Or click Reject. You can add a Reason (optional). The team member is notified and the decision is final.

To decide several requests at once, tick their boxes or use Select all pending.

Evaluate training

  1. Open Evaluations. It lists the training evaluations waiting for you.

  2. Open a row. In Evaluate training, choose a Decision: Passed or Failed.

  3. Optionally add a Score (0 to 100) and a Comment.

  4. Click Submit evaluation. It is saved at once. If you choose Failed, the page tells you whether the team member gets a new attempt.

If you see Submitting evaluations is not available in this space yet., your company has not turned this on.

Enroll team members

  1. Click Enroll team members.

  2. In Step 1 of 2 · Training program, choose a program. You only see programs an administrator has opened to enrollment by managers.

  3. In Step 2 of 2 · Members, choose the people and confirm.

If a program shows Requires approval, you Send for approval instead of enrolling, and nobody is enrolled until each request is decided.

If you do not see this

  • There is no menu item for Team training. You reach it only through View team on the Training page.

  • The bar does not appear: you do not manage a team in GFoundry, nobody in your team has training, or your company does not use training programs.

  • You see You have no team members reporting to you yet: nobody reports to you on the platform. Contact your platform administrator.

  • The list of programs in Enroll team members is empty: no program is open to enrollment by managers yet.

  • Your company may use a different name for this area or place it elsewhere in the menu. The Learn module is where you find learning content, quizzes and training.
