How to find and open a Learn Content
Learn Contents are the learning items of the Learn module. Browse them by category in the Catalogue, search by keyword, open them from your Home page, or ask Gi in the chat if your company has it turned on.
Before you start
Your company uses the Learn module: you see Learn in the side menu, under Development & Growth.
A Learn Content is one learning item: text, a video, slides, a PDF, a quiz, tasks, or a mix of these. A training program, with enrollment and a deadline, is something else: see How to enroll in a course.
Steps
Browse the Catalogue
In the side menu, open Development & Growth > Learn > Catalogue.
The page shows Categories, one card per category. Each card shows how many subcategories or items it holds and, when available, how much of it you have Completed.
Click a category. If it has subcategories, you go down one level. If it holds one Learn Content, that Learn Content opens. If it holds several, you see a list.
In the list, each row shows the title, a short description and, on the right, Completed or Not completed.
Click a row to open the Learn Content.
Search by keyword
Click the magnifying glass in the header, at the top of any page.
In the Search window, the first tab is for learning content. Type a word in Search content by keyword.
Click a result. The Learn Content opens and the search window closes.
If you also see a Skills tab, you can choose one or more skills and see the Learn Contents linked to them.
Ask Gi in the chat
If your company has the chat turned on, you see a round green button with a conversation icon in the bottom-right corner of the page. It opens a chat with Gi, the platform assistant.
Click the round green button in the bottom-right corner.
Write what you need in your own words. For example, ask for advice on a topic you want to learn, for recommendations of learning content, or where to find a course you heard about.
If the answer includes a link to a Learn Content, click it to open it.
Like any assistant, Gi can make mistakes. Open the content it points you to and check that it is what you need.
Other ways in
If your company highlights learning content, your Home page shows blocks from Learn, each with a title your company chose. Click a Learn Content in one of these blocks to open it.
In Development & Growth > Learn > Me, you find the same highlights and My content, the Learn Contents you have already played.
A colleague can send you a direct link. On a Learn Content page, Copy link copies its address.
Good to know
Opening a Learn Content that only has text to read can count as read straight away. Some ask you to confirm instead. See How to complete a Learn Content.
Learn Contents that belong to a training program open from the program page, not from the Catalogue.
In the mobile app
Tap Menu at the bottom of the screen and then Learn (swipe left if you do not see it). Inside it, the sections (Catalogue, Training, Me, Achievements) are in the bar at the bottom. The pages and the steps are the same as on the web.
If you do not see this
Your company may use a different name for this area or place it elsewhere in the menu. The Learn module is where you find learning content, quizzes and training.
In some menu layouts, Learn opens with tabs at the top of the page. There, the Catalogue tab is called Catalog.
If a category shows There are no results for this list..., it has nothing for you yet.
You do not see the round green button: your company does not have the chat turned on.
Your Home page has no learning blocks: your company does not highlight learning content there.
If you cannot find a Learn Content a colleague mentions, ask them for its link, or contact your platform administrator.
