Badges, achievements and rankings
Badges reward what you do on the platform. Each module has its own points ranking in its Achievements tab, and My profile brings your badges and positions together.
What are badges?
Badges are rewards your company sets up for actions in the platform modules. Some badges also give points or coins. Click a badge to open it and see what it gives.
If your company uses badges, the top of your Home page greets you with your progress, for example 3 badges won out of 20. Clicking it opens My profile.
Where do I see my badges?
Open My profile from the menu under your name at the top of the page.
Choose the Achievements tab.
You see Badges won and Badges to conquer. To see one module only, use Filter badges > Per module.
Each module's Achievements tab also has a Badges tab with the badges of that module.
How do rankings work?
Each module has its own points and its own ranking. There is no single ranking across all modules. To see a module's ranking, open the Achievements item of that module in the menu, for example Recognition > Achievements.
Individual shows the Individual Top. If it is the only ranking tab, it is called Ranking.
Communities shows the Communities Top, if your company uses communities.
Teams shows the Teams Top, if your company uses team rankings.
Badges shows the badges of that module.
The ranking opens on the current month. Use the arrows to go back to earlier months. Going forward past the current month shows the total.
Your company can rank people by group. If it does, you are compared with the people in your group.
Where do I see my position in each ranking?
Open My profile and choose the Rankings tab.
My global status shows one line per module where you have a position, with your Ranking position and your Points.
Click a line to open that module.
Is the Achievements tab of Competitions the same as a competition's ranking?
No. The Achievements tab shows the points ranking of the module. Each competition has its own ranking inside the competition.
In the mobile app
In the mobile app, tap My profile at the bottom of the screen and open Achievements or Rankings. To filter your badges by module, use the filter button and Per module.
If you do not see this
Your profile has no Achievements tab, or the Home page shows no badge progress: your company does not use badges, or does not show them there.
Your profile has no Rankings tab: your company has turned rankings off. Profile tabs only appear when there are two or more.
You see no Teams or Communities tab in a ranking: your company does not use them in rankings.
Module and group names may differ in your menu. Your company may use a different name for this area or place it elsewhere in the menu.
