Quiz Statistics and Question-Level Analysis
See overall quiz results, question-level performance, user performance, and exports from the Quiz Stats tab. Learn where to find the statistics and how to reset quiz data when needed.
How do I open quiz statistics?
Go to Modules > Learn and go to the quiz content you want to review.
Select the Quiz Stats tab.
Review the top summary cards for overall results, including Performance, Total Quiz Plays, Total Quiz Play Time, and Total Quiz Completed Courses.
How do I review question-level analysis?
Stay on the Quiz Stats tab.
Find the Questions Performance section.
Check the list of quiz questions and their performance percentages.
Use the chart shown for each question to compare how learners answered.
How do I see user performance?
In Quiz Stats, scroll to the Users Performance section.
Review each user’s performance and score.
Use the user row actions to open View Profile when you need more detail for a specific learner.
How do I export quiz reports?
In Questions Performance, open the export menu and select Questions Performance (xls).
In Users Performance, open the export menu and select Export Users Performance (xls), Export By Quiz Mode (xls), or Export User Answers (xls) from a user row.
Use the export options in the quiz area if you want a report for the full quiz, depending on what you need to review.
How do I reset quiz data?
In Users Performance, open the action menu.
Select Reset all users progress to clear progress for everyone who played the quiz.
To reset one learner, open that learner’s row actions and select Reset User Answers.
Confirm the reset.
