Learning Dashboard Widgets and Export Entry Points
Use this article as a dashboard-specific reference. It explains which reporting widgets and export areas can appear in the Learn dashboard, not the whole reporting collection.
When should I read this article?
Open this article when you are already in the Dashboard and want to understand the reporting cards, widgets, and export entry points shown there.
If you want the broader reporting map for Learn, start with Reports: Analyzing Engagement and Completion. That is the collection hub.
Which dashboard widgets can appear?
The dashboard can show high-level widgets such as Overall Quiz Stats, Global Quiz Performance, Total Quiz Plays, Total Quiz Play Time, and Total Quiz Completed Courses.
These widgets give you a quick summary of quiz and learning activity before you drill into one specific report area.
Which report areas can I open from the dashboard?
The dashboard can expose report sections such as General Reports, Competencies Reports, Published Content Reports, Learn Categories Reports, Users Statistics, and training-related report areas for Training Programs or Curricula.
Some rows also expose direct export actions for one content item, one category, one user, or one training entity.
Which dashboard reports can I export?
Use the export actions shown in the relevant widget or report line. Depending on the area, you can export dashboard summaries, content reports, category reports, user statistics, and training or curriculum progress data.
If the dashboard area looks empty, check the selected filters and date range before assuming that no data exists.
Which reporting article should I open next?
Use this article for dashboard-only wayfinding. Then open the sibling article that matches the report you need:
Reports: Analyzing Engagement and Completion for the overall reporting map
Published Content Reports for one content item
Learn Categories Reports for category-level progress
Users Statistics and Play Time Reports for user-level reporting
Quiz Statistics and Question-Level Analysis for quiz-specific detail
