Creating and Managing Learn Content Versions for Skills-Aligned Materials
Create a separate version of a Learn Content item so you can update it without changing the current one. Use the new version name to keep track of the changes you are making.
How do I create a new version of Learn Content?
Go to Modules > Learn > Learn Content, then select the content item you want to duplicate.
In the content details, click Create New Version.
Enter a value in Version Name.
Click Create Version.
The new version is created as a copy of the current Learn Content. You can edit it separately from the original item.
What happens after I create the version?
The new version keeps the current content settings and can be changed independently. Use the version name to identify the update, such as a release number or a month update.
The original content stays in place, so you can review the new version before using it.
Can I find the version later?
Yes. The content details show the Version field, so you can check which version you are working on while editing or reviewing the content.
