Getting Started with Learn Content
Create Learn content from the Get Started area by choosing how you want to build it, then complete the content details and save it. You can start manually or use AI to generate a first version.
How do I start creating Learn content?
Go to Modules > Learn > Learn Content.
Select Create Learn Content.
Choose one of the available options: Add Content Manually or Generate Content with AI.
How do I create content manually?
Select Add Content Manually.
Fill in the content details in the editor.
Add the content blocks you need, such as Intro Content Block, Presentation Content, PDF Content, Video Content, Quiz Content, Discussion Board, Tasks, Form, or Role Play. Some of these blocks (Discussion Board, Tasks, Form, Role Play) only appear when their matching feature is enabled on your tenant.
Save your changes when you are done.
How do I create content with AI?
Select Generate Content with AI.
Enter a Text Prompt, upload a PDF with Upload PDF, or use both.
Select Generate Content.
Review the result in the success window and choose Edit your content if you want to make changes, or Go to new content! to open it.
What should I do after creating the content?
Open the content details page.
Check the content name, description, category, and any content-specific settings.
Use Publish when the content is ready for learners.
