External Content / HTML Block
Add an Intro Content Block to display external content or custom HTML inside a Learn Content item. Use the Learn Content editor, open the block, and save your changes.
How do I add an External Content Html Block?
Open the Learn Content item you want to edit.
In the content tabs, select Content Preview and open the Intro Content Block area.
Click Add Intro Content Block if you are creating it for the first time, or open the existing block to edit it.
Fill in the block content. Use the editor to add the HTML or external embed content you want learners to see at the start of the page.
Choose the language tab you want to edit if your company uses more than one locale.
Click Create or Update to save the block.
Where does this block appear?
The Intro Content Block is the most prominent block on the page. It appears first, before the rest of the Learn Content.
If you need to edit an existing block later, open the same Intro Content Block section again and update its content.
What if I cannot edit it?
If you do not see the edit option, check that you have access to the Learn Content item and that it is not archived. Archived content is not editable.
