How to Use the Feedback List and Answers Modal
Use the Feedback List to review submitted feedback, filter results, export them, and open the Answers modal for a specific entry. This is also where you can check the score breakdown for graded answers.
Where do I find the Feedback List?
Go to Modules > Feedback > Dashboard. The list shows the feedback entries available for your company.
If there are no entries yet, go to Modules > Feedback > Feedback Scopes and create or enable a scope first. Users can only submit feedback when at least one scope is available.
How do I review feedback in the list?
Use the filters above the table to narrow the results by scope context, feedback scope, feedback type, feedback status, date range, evaluator user, evaluated user, and managed users.
Review the columns in the list to compare the evaluator, the evaluated user, the scope, the score, when feedback was asked, when it was given, and its status.
Use the page controls at the bottom if the list spans multiple pages.
How do I open the answers for one feedback entry?
Find the row you need in Feedback List.
Click Answers.
Use the Answers and Questions tabs to switch between the full response and the question breakdown.
Check the score section at the top of the modal if the feedback includes graded answers.
How do I export feedback?
In Feedback List, open the Export menu.
Select Export Feedbacks (xls).
Save the file when your browser downloads it.
How do I manage feedback scopes from this page?
If you need to change the scopes that feed this list, select Click here to manage your Feedback Scopes from the empty state, or open Modules > Feedback > Feedback Scopes. There you can create, edit, enable, disable, import, or export scopes.
