Feedback Answers Scoring and Calculation
See where scores appear in the Feedback Answers window and how its Average Score is calculated.
Where do I see the scores of a feedback?
Go to Modules > Feedback > Dashboard.
In Feedback List, the Score column shows the score of each feedback with two decimals.
To see the detail, use Answers in the row actions. Answers is not available while the feedback is Pending.
The Feedback Answers window lists every question of the scope. Expand a question to see its answer.
How are scores shown for each answer?
When an answer has a score, a badge with the score (two decimals) appears next to the question title. Hover it to see Answer Score.
For Rate 1-4 and Rate / Text questions, the rating given is shown as stars. For Rate / Text, the written comment is shown below the stars.
For Likert questions, the window shows a table with each statement and the option chosen, with the Internal Value of each option, when one is set, shown next to its name.
A question with no answer shows the Not Answered label and cannot be expanded.
How is the Average Score calculated?
When at least one answer has a score, Average Score: appears at the top of the window. The value is the sum of the scores divided by the number of answers that have a score, shown with two decimals.
Answers without a score are not counted.
Likert questions are not counted in this average.
Hover the help icon next to Average Score: to see the breakdown:
Calculation: the sum of the scores, divided by the number of scored answers, and the result.
Formula: Sum of all scores ÷ Number of scored answers.
3 out of 5 answers have scores (for example): how many answers have a score, out of all the questions in the window.
Individual Scores: each scored question with its score.
