What is a year evaluation cycle?

A year evaluation cycle is the yearly structure used to group evaluation periods. It helps you organize evaluations by year and review the periods that belong to each cycle.

From Year Evaluation Cycles, you can see whether a cycle is open or closed and review the periods inside it.

What can I do from the year cycles list?

On the Year Evaluation Cycles page, cycles are grouped by status. You can see open cycles, future cycles, and closed cycles.

From this page, you can also add a new cycle with Add Cycle.

Each cycle can be opened to see its periods. The periods list shows the Period Name, Start Date, End Date, and status for each period. If a cycle has periods, you can open a period to review its details and the touchpoints, IDPs, and goals linked to it.

Can I edit a cycle after creating it?

Yes. Open the cycle and use Edit to update it.

When you edit a cycle, you can change its name, description, evaluation period, weights, group segmentation, and other cycle settings shown in the cycle form. If you do not select any groups, the cycle is available to any user.

You can also delete a cycle from its details page. Confirm the deletion before continuing.
