Importing Goals and IDPs
Import goals or IDPs in bulk by uploading a file from the Evaluation Cycles or Year Cycle Period screens. After the import finishes, review the results and reload the page if needed.
How do I start an import?
Open the evaluation cycle or touchpoint period where you want to add records.
Select the option to add goals or IDPs, then choose the import action.
Upload the file when the file picker opens. The import accepts an Excel file.
Where can I import goals?
Go to Modules > Evaluation & Careers > Evaluation Cycles.
Open the cycle you want.
Use Add Cycle Goals to work with goals for that cycle.
In the goals area, choose Import Goals and upload your file.
Where can I import IDPs?
Go to Modules > Evaluation & Careers > Evaluation Cycles.
Open the cycle you want.
Use Add Cycle IDPs to work with IDPs for that cycle.
In the IDPs area, choose Import IDPs and upload your file.
What happens after the import?
When the import ends, review the import result window. It shows how many items were created, updated, and failed. If there are errors, open the line details to check the message and the raw data.
Close the result window to reload the page and refresh the cycle data.
