Create a new evaluation cycle from the Evaluation Cycles page and define its name, dates, scoring, and access settings. You can also choose whether the cycle is standard or 360 feedback.

How do I create a new evaluation cycle?

  1. Go to Modules > Evaluation & Careers > Evaluation Cycles.

  2. Click Add Cycle.

  3. Enter the cycle details in the form, including Cycle Name and Cycle Description.

  4. Set the Evaluation Period by choosing the start and end dates for the cycle.

  5. Complete the scoring and access settings you want to use for this cycle.

  6. Click Create.

What can I configure in the cycle form?

  1. Use Cycle Period to set the cycle dates.

  2. Set Evaluations Weight if you want to adjust how the evaluation is weighted.

  3. Use Groups Segmentation and Select Group to limit access to specific groups, or leave the cycle open to everyone.

  4. Choose whether to use Has eligibility items? for eligibility-based access.

  5. Enable Ask for text justification when the highest score is selected? or Ask for text justification when the lowest score is selected? if you want written explanations for those choices.

  6. Set Minimum characters if text justification is required.

How do I set up a standard or 360 cycle?

  1. Keep the cycle as Standard if you want a regular evaluation cycle.

  2. Select Is this a 360 evaluation? to create a 360 feedback cycle.

  3. If you choose Feedback 360, select the Skillset to use for the ratings.

  4. Click Create to save the cycle.

Can I edit a cycle after I create it?

Yes. Open the cycle from Evaluation Cycles and click Edit Cycle. You can update the same settings later, then save your changes.
