How Feedback 360 uses Skillsets for competency evaluation
A Feedback 360 cycle collects ratings on the skills of one selected skillset instead of producing one overall score. You choose the skillset when you create the cycle.
How do I set up a Feedback 360 cycle?
Go to Modules > Evaluation & Careers > Evaluation Cycles and click Add Cycle.
In the cycle form, select Is this a 360 evaluation?.
Select Feedback 360, which appears below it.
In Skillset, select the skillset for this cycle.
Click Create.
These options are only available when you create a cycle. You cannot turn an existing cycle into a Feedback 360 cycle.
What does the selected skillset do?
The skillset defines the skills rated in the cycle. Each peer rates the employee on those skills, and the ratings are grouped by the type of relationship the peer has with the employee. The cycle page shows the skillset in Feedback 360 Skillset.
Where do I manage the people who evaluate each user?
Open the cycle and select See all users.
Use the Manage Peers icon on the user's row, or open the user and select Manage Peers.
Add the peers and, if you want, choose a Peer Type: Reports, Lateral or Manager.
Where can I follow the cycle?
The cycle page shows the users by evaluation status in User's Evaluations, and See all users opens the full list. Open a user to see their evaluation. When reports are configured for the cycle, use Export Reports to download them.
