Assign peers to a user in an evaluation cycle so they can evaluate that user’s skills. You can add peers, choose a peer type, and remove peers when needed.

Assign peers to a user in an evaluation cycle so they can evaluate that user’s skills. You can add peers, choose a peer type, and remove peers when needed.

How do I open peer management?

  1. Go to Modules > Evaluation & Careers > Evaluation Cycles.

  2. Open the cycle, then go to Cycle Users.

  3. Find the user you want to update and select Manage Peers.

How do I add a peer?

  1. In Manage Evaluation Peers, go to Add Peer.

  2. Choose a value in Peer Type if you want to classify the peer, or leave it as No type (optional).

  3. Select the peer user.

  4. Click to save the peer.

Peers are anonymous to the user and evaluate the user’s skills on that cycle.

Can I choose the peer type?

Yes. The available peer types are Report, Reports, Lateral, and Manager. If you do not want to assign a type, keep No type (optional).

How do I remove a peer?

  1. In Current Peers, find the peer you want to delete.

  2. Select the remove action for that peer.

  3. Confirm the deletion.

If no peers have been assigned yet, No peers assigned yet is shown in the list.
